My name is Eric Cook and I have been in the appraisal industry since 2003.  I have performed over 4500 appraisals and still counting.  Before I was an appraiser.  I was also in the mortgage industry and construction industry before that.  I have a strong understanding of homes, banking and the valuation industry.  This industry is complex and many times misunderstood.  There are a lot of things that are not explained and sometimes misrepresented.  With almost 20 years of experience.  I know the ropes of the appraisal business.

Southern Colorado is a great place to live, but it is rural and unique to the more developed suburban and urban cities.  Not all properties and markets are the same.  This makes it difficult to depend on technology to provide accurate values.  This is where real property appraisers come in.  As a property appraiser I understand the uniqueness of the area.  I know the challenges of appraising a high mountain property that is off grid and on solar, or appraising a 130 year old home in Trinidad, CO.   Maybe a hobby farm on 40 acres?  I have seen and appraised most all of it.  I am here to help and provide you with the best quality appraisals possible.  I also perform other single services that pertain to the appraisal business which will be listed below.  But first let's start with the areas I cover .  They are listed directly below.
